I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that thinks Nintendo's next big thing is a bit silly. I really can't imagine any advantage to having two screens.

They say that you can use it to view different parts of the action, such as a first person view on one screen, and an overhead view on the other. But, couldn't they achieve the same results by just giving it a wide screen? And then just split the two views onto the single screen?

What do I know though? This could be awesome. Nintendo does a lot of great stuff.

I may be a Nintendo "fan boy" but I'm going to give this one a chance. No one has actually seen what it looks like, everyone keeps showing lame Photoshop'd versions of the GBA SP. I'm hopeful Nintendo learned their lesson with the VB and that the DS will be the next evolution in portable gaming. Remember, it's not a "replacement" for the GBA SP but a step upward.

Only time will tell.
