New stuff
He now knows “oka” (fried okra), one of his favorites. When I say let’s get a book, he says “a buuu”, instead of just saying book.
He runs from corner to corner with his mouth open and makes vocal noise to hear his voice rattle with his steps.
He enjoys trying to spread blankets, to watch tv on his belly or to play bed and “ni-ni”.
He has sat on the potty a few times and seems to enjoy being like a big boy. Nothing has happened, but we have hope that his independent nature will make this milestone an easy one for everybody. I also empty his dirty diapers into the toilet so he can say bye bye and learn that’s where that stuff is supposed to go.
