Motivational Incentive Definitely Works Better Than Punishment
With ice cream and carrousel ride every so often, Savannah's going to bed very nicely. Since we've made her go to sleep by herself and stay in her own bed, she almost always sleeps through the night. Even I slept through the night last night.
